Privacy
Last updated October 21, 2026.
This page covers truespindle.com, run by TrueSpindle, LLC. The TrueSpindle software itself has no network code and sends nothing to us; see Security.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: the topic, your name, email, and message, and your company and phone if you give them.
How we use it
- The form is sent to our inbox as an email.
- The website does not store your message in a database.
- We use it only to answer you and to follow up on what you asked about.
- We never sell it or share it for marketing.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run the website: website hosting and security, and email delivery for the contact form. Each one gets only what it needs to do its job and may use it only to provide that service to us. You can ask for the current list of providers through the contact form.
No cookies, no tracking
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads, or third-party scripts. Like any website, our host handles the network requests your browser makes, including for security and abuse protection.
Keeping and deleting
We keep emails as long as needed to answer you and run the business. To see or delete what we have, send a request through the contact form.
